Simon took over the Red Lion in February 2011 with the aim of restoring it back to the pub/restaurant that it used to be years ago.

A local lad who feels very strongly about the Red Lion, not only its reputation, but its position within the village community.

Food has always been the key to this pubs success and he is keen to get this back on track, just after Simon took the pub on Jamie Allsopp was secured as head chef. He is well known in the area for his work at various venues and comes with a wealth of experience.
