Set in the heart of the picturesque village of Great Bowden, our country pub has recently been refurbished, with the interiors and decor reflecting the surrounding countryside.​

Sustainability and good quality meat are 2 topics that we feel passionate about.  Where possible we use meat from our very own farm in Great Easton to create our dishes.  Most of our ingredients are also supplied locally meaning that our menus can vary slightly on a day-to-day basis as we get them in fresh.

​We offer a wide range of beverages to accompany your meal, from real ales and lagers on tap, to a great selection of wines and champagne.  Teas, coffees and soft drinks are of course also available.
